Hello and welcome to my e-portfolio! My name is Effy Cao and I use she/her/hers pronouns. I am an Italian-born Chinese expat and as such, I have always had a passion for languages and cultural diversity. I am currently earning my Master's of Science in Education for Higher Education and Student Affairs at Indiana University. Some of my passions and interests include board games, hiking, and fostering inclusive communities for multicultural students. As a student affairs professional, I am committed to creating spaces that honor diversity and promote equity.
