WELCOME

This is an Environmental Observation Assessment (EOA) of my Graduate Assistantship site through the lens of my role as the Graduate Supervisor at Eigenmann Hall. It will analyze the physical and organizational characteristics of Eigenmann Hall as a GS, how they impact my experience as a live-in staff member, and how I engage with my role and environment. I will be drawing comparisons between this year and last year, wherein I had the same role and was still doing in-person work but was transitioning from heavier COVID-19 restrictions. After observing and reflecting on the physical and organizational features of my assistantship site, I will evaluate how each aspect of the environment influences my overall sense of person-to-environment fit.
