This is an end of semester evaluation I performed for the student leaders I directly supervised. I assessed their performance in relation to their RA role, highlighting their strengths and areas for growth. This artifact demonstrates one of the ways that I deliver constructive feedback, encouragement, and action plan for growth to my students.
I created this website as part of my Environmental Theory and Assessment in Higher Education coursework to carefully observe and analyze the environmental characteristics of my assistantship site through the physical, structural, and organizational frames. This artifact demonstrates the ability to understand how physical space impacts the institution’s and department’s mission.
